• Guide new sellers through onboarding steps, requirements, and platform setup.
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with onboarding standards.
• Provide training and support on platform tools and processes.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and support teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and documentation.

• 0–2 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, operations, or related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
