About the Roles

We are looking for two specialist, delivery-focused ServiceNow Developers to join separate, high-priority project streams within a secure enterprise environment.

We firmly champion a config-first, out-of-the-box (OOTB) implementation philosophy. You will be responsible for building clean, scalable solutions that respect platform guardrails, minimise technical debt, and ensure seamless future upgrades.

Choose Your StreamWe are currently interviewing for two distinct technical skill sets:Stream 1: IRM / GRC Specialist

Focusing on the design and deployment of the Integrated Risk Management suite to enhance our secure compliance and risk posture**.**

• Core Focus: Configuration and development across Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Advanced Risk Assessment modules
• Key Skills: Deep understanding of the IRM/GRC architecture, indicators, attestation workflows, and risk roll-up frameworks
• Alignment: Ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks into clean, native ServiceNow configurations

Stream 2: HRSD Specialist

Driving employee experience transformation by building secure, modern HR workflows

• Core Focus: Configuration of HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and HR Profile security
• Key Skills: Strong experience with HR Scoped Applications, complex COE (Center of Excellence) structures, and secure data access configurations
• Alignment: Focus on building seamless, automated onboarding/offboarding lifecycle events while protecting sensitive employee data

Core Responsibilities (Both roles)

• Config-First Development: Design and build technical solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and standard platform configurations over custom scripting wherever possible
• Integrations: Develop and maintain secure enterprise integrations using APIs and mid-servers
• Platform Health: Strictly adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and code quality guardrails
• Collaboration: Partner with Business Analysts, Architects, and secure-zone stakeholders to translate requirements into technical reailty

Experience & Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Australian Government Baseline, NV1, or higher clearance is m
• ServiceNow Expertise: 4+ years of dedicated ServiceNow development experience, with a proven track record in your chosen module (IRM or HRSD)
• Certifications: Current Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly regarded. CIS-IRM or CIS-HRSD certifications will give you a distinct advantage
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative, consultative approach to solving business problems
