We’re seeking a commercially focused Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the business. In this role, you’ll partner with finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Perform variance analysis and explain key drivers of performance
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow trends
• Partner with business stakeholders to support planning and forecasting
• Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
• Prepare presentations and insights for leadership and stakeholders

✅ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or financial analysis roles
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERPs or BI tools is a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with full legal right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
