Fractional Associate MARA registered Agent (Strategy & Submission Focus)

The Opportunity Are you a MARA agent who loves the strategy and legal complexities of immigration but hates being bogged down by endless document chasing? We are looking for a fractional Associate Migration Agent (MARA) to partner with our team on a collaborative, "unbundled" service model. This is a part-time hybrid role for a Fractional Associate MARA Registered Agent. The Workflow

We’ve built a streamlined process designed to let you focus on what you do best. Here is how we work together:

• Initial Stage: You lead the client interview and define the overarching immigration strategy. (2-25 minutes)
• Initial Stage 2 (only, if/when required): Paid 30-60 minutes consultation with the client and/or employer.
• The "Middle" Stage: Our dedicated internal team takes over. We gather all supporting documents, perform data entry, and prepare the application package until it is "ready to lodge."
• The Final Stage: You perform the final expert review, ensure compliance, and handle the formal submission (lodgement).

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert advice and strategic direction for diverse migration streams.
• Conduct professional client consultations to determine eligibility.
• Review completed application packages for accuracy and legal integrity.
• Act as the MARA of record for submissions.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensing: You must be a Migration agent in good standing with the MaRA.
• Efficiency: You enjoy a collaborative environment where roles are clearly defined.
• Experience: Proven track record in [Insert specific streams, e.g., Employer sponsored visa (subclass 482, 186DE, 186, 190, 491, 494, 189, 485, 407) and/or Family Sponsorship].
• Communication: Ability to provide clear, actionable strategy to our administrative team.
