Senior Administrator

Job Description This is a remote position.

• Provide administrative support across multiple projects and internal teams
• Assist the Operations Manager in improving and streamlining business processes
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to workflow automation initiatives
• Manage and update project tracking systems and internal databases
• Support the roll-out and adoption of tools
• Work within WorkflowMax to track jobs, tasks, and project progress
• Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and internal communications
• Coordinate tasks across team members to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
• Handle high-volume email communication in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in administration, coordination, or operations support roles
• Strong experience with Excel (data tracking, organisation, reporting)
• Exposure to WorkflowMax and/or Monday.com(or similar project management tools)
• Excellent written and spoken English (essential)
• Strong email communication skills with a professional tone
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Experience supporting process improvement or system implementation is highly desirable
