Our pricing is simple: $0 upfront, $49/month. That's it. No setup fees, no lock-in contracts, no $5K invoices.

Our target customers are Australian tradies, sole traders and service-based small businesses — the people who know they need a website but have been burned by quotes, ghosted by freelancers, or just don't have time to deal with it. We give them a real one in a minute.

We're growing fast and need help getting in front of more of these customers.

The Role

You'll be on the front line of growth — finding small business owners who need a website and showing them how Congero solves their problem.

What you'll actually do:

• Reach out to small business owners (cold calls, DMs, in-person visits, LinkedIn — your choice, whatever works)
• Walk them through a live demo of how fast we can build their site
• Close the sale and help them get onboarded with our AI agents
• Track your own pipeline and report wins each week
• Feed back what you're hearing from the market so we can keep improving the offer

This is a real sales role.

You'll get rejected. You'll need to be persistent. The flip side: when you do close, the product genuinely works, the price is unbeatable for this market, and you keep earning every month that customer stays.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a finance degree or three years of B2B SaaS experience. You need:

• Confidence talking to strangers — on the phone, on a Zoom, or walking into a workshop
• Comfort with rejection and the discipline to keep dialling
• Genuine curiosity about small business owners and how they work
• Self-direction — you'll set your own schedule and we'll measure you on results, not hours
• Bonus: any prior experience in retail, hospitality, door-to-door, fundraising, or anything else that involved persuading humans

Trade backgrounds, regional candidates, and students from non-traditional pathways are very welcome. If you've worked behind a counter and learned how to read a room, that's more useful to us than a polished pitch.
