Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Lead

Role Description

This role is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver high-impact digital products. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders to prioritize features, manage product roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on business goals and user needs.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Act as the voice of the customer by analyzing feedback, data, and market trends.
• Manage the product backlog, user stories, and sprint planning (Agile/Scrum).
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for product launches and positioning.
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, product ownership, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, marketing).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard) is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
