Primary Skills: Research Methodologies (Expert), Data Analysis (Intermediate), Qualitative Research (Expert), Quantitative Research (Intermediate), Stakeholder Management (Expert) Duration:  6+ months (possibility of extension) Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia (Remote) Pay Range: 130K-140K AUD per year #LP Job Summary: The UX Researcher will transform complex user insights into actionable recommendations influencing product strategy and development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to embed user-centricity across the product lifecycle, aligning with Go-To-Market strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diverse user research studies, including planning, execution, and analysis.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights to inform product strategy and UX improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to integrate research insights into the product development process.
• Present findings to stakeholders to influence product decisions and advocate for user-centric solutions.
• Manage multiple research projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of insights.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in various user research methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate findings to diverse audiences.

Industry Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, preferably in tech or related fields.
• Familiarity with consumer-facing products or platforms is beneficial.
