As enterprise adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot accelerates, our customers are looking for trusted partners who can help them roll it out safely — with the right data security, governance, and Purview controls in place from day one. To meet this demand, we are growing our team and seeking experienced Senior Consultants to lead this work.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, customer-facing role for a hands-on Microsoft consultant who specialises in building and securing Copilot Studio solutions at enterprise scale. You will help customers move from initial use case discovery and architecture through to agent build, governance, rollout and operational uplift across Microsoft 365. 

At the core of our vision is helping customers establish trusted, scalable and well-governed agentic AI capability that can be operationalised across the enterprise. 

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define use cases, design and build agents, assess organisational readiness, and align Copilot Studio capabilities to measurable business outcomes. This includes shaping operating models, supporting administration across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, and ensuring the right identity, governance, security and compliance controls are in place for safe and scalable adoption. 

You will work with senior stakeholders, design pragmatic solutions on the Microsoft platform, and help our customers unlock the value of Copilot with confidence.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will bring proven experience in a senior consulting or solution delivery role, with strong hands-on capability across Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You are a builder yourself — comfortable designing, configuring and deploying agents — with enough Purview knowledge to support secure rollout conversations and enough Microsoft 365 administration depth to guide customers through enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Copilot Studio and agent enablement engagements, from use case shaping and architecture through to build, deployment and governance. 
• Design, build and configure agents that solve practical customer problems and demonstrate repeatable patterns for enterprise rollout. 
• Guide customers on establishing scalable operating models for Copilot Studio, including environment strategy, administration, lifecycle management and platform controls. 
• Support enterprise rollout planning for Copilot Studio and related Microsoft 365 capabilities, aligning delivery to measurable business outcomes. 
• Help customers define guardrails for agent usage, control ownership, governance processes and early security practices for agentic AI. 

Copilot Studio, Power Platform & Security 

• Administer and configure Power Platform environments, security roles, data policies and platform settings to support controlled Copilot Studio delivery. 
• Design governance approaches for Copilot Studio and broader Copilot controls across Microsoft 365, balancing enablement with enterprise risk management. 
• Apply practical Purview capabilities such as sensitivity labels, DLP and information protection where needed to support secure AI adoption. 
• Bring early capability across Agent 365 and related Microsoft 365 agent administration concepts to support emerging customer scenarios. 
• Work with identity, access and security teams to ensure agent deployments align with strong Entra foundations, least privilege access and modern identity controls. 
• Support customers to operationalise controls across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot ecosystems as their adoption matures. 

Delivery & Customer Engagement

• Successfully deliver cybersecurity projects that advance our customers’ Copilot and data security journeys. 
• Be a subject matter expert across Copilot Studio, Power Platform administration, Microsoft 365 administration, and adjacent identity and security technologies. 
• Solve customer pain points by applying the latest best practices and architectural approaches. 
• Communicate proactively and effectively with customers, partners, and internal staff. 
• Attend and present at customer kick-offs, workshops, and steering meetings. 
• Peer review designs and architecture documentation. 
• Help manage the customer lifecycle and assist the sales team to win further opportunities. 
• Work as part of the pre-sales team in the proposal stage as required. 
• Continuously develop and optimise Intellectual Property (IP) to allow job repeatability. 
• Contribute to technical blogging and other marketing initiatives. 
• Proactively assist and mentor other team members and jointly develop technical skills. 

Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceRequired:

• Proven track record as a Senior Consultant, Solution Architect, Engineer or equivalent across consulting, delivery and professional services engagements. 
• Deep, hands-on expertise building solutions in Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, with the ability to design, configure and deploy working agents yourself. 
• Strong practical understanding of enterprise-scale Copilot Studio rollout, including governance, administration, lifecycle management and customer enablement. 
• Strong administration capability across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including tenant, environment and control plane concepts relevant to Copilot and agent delivery. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, particularly information protection, sensitivity labels and DLP, sufficient to support secure AI rollout conversations and implementation. 
• Early understanding of Agent 365 concepts, controls and administration patterns, with the ability to contribute to emerging customer use cases. 
• Strong foundations in Microsoft Entra, including advanced identity and access concepts such as Conditional Access, least privilege, service principals, app registrations, delegated versus application permissions, and identity governance as they relate to agentic AI. 
• Demonstrable experience helping enterprise customers move from workshop, envisioning and prototype phases into scalable rollout and adoption. 
• Ability to engage credibly with both technical and business stakeholders, translating platform capability into pragmatic delivery outcomes. 
• Excellent understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform, including administration, security boundaries and operational considerations for enterprise AI adoption. 

Microsoft Certification (core prerequisite):

Current Microsoft certification is a core prerequisite for this role. Candidates should hold relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Microsoft 365 administration, identity or security, with Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Entra-aligned credentials strongly preferred. 

• PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate. 
• PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate. 
• PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. 
• MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert. 
• SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator Associate. 
• SC-401: Administering Information Security in Microsoft 365. 
• Additional Copilot, security or Azure certifications are highly regarded. 

Highly Desirable:

• Experience building and governing agents in enterprise environments, not just advising on architecture. 
• Practical familiarity with Agent 365, Copilot control systems and emerging Microsoft agent management capabilities. 
• Stronger Purview experience across information protection, DLP or compliance controls. 
• Familiarity and experience with Agile delivery and project governance. 
• Ability to whiteboard and present technical concepts to mixed audiences in a pre-sales capacity.
