Weβre looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Support Officer to join our growing Human Resources team π
In this fully remote, entry-level role, you'll provide administrative and operational support across a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and HR documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in Human Resources while working in a supportive and collaborative environment π
π₯ Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Prepare employment documents, contracts, and onboarding materials
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Respond to employee HR-related enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and document management
- Help coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information

π Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)

- Internship, academic projects, or previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, recruitment platforms, or employment legislation is an advantage
