This is a remote position. **Estimator (Construction / Steel Builds) – Dayshift, Remote Full-Time | Work From Home | AUSTRALIA Client Reporting Line Reports directly to the Sales Manager Employment Details Full-Time Role Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred) About The Role We’re looking for a detail-driven and commercially aware Estimator to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in the sales process—producing accurate, timely quotations and supporting tender submissions to help win new business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical construction knowledge + numbers + problem-solving, while working closely with sales and design teams. **What You’ll Be Doing **What We’re Looking For Core Skills Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills (non-negotiable) High attention to detail and accuracy

• Estimation & Quoting
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations aligned with agreed turnaround times
• Review project requirements and generate cost estimates (materials, labor, size, location)
• Handle requotes and revisions in collaboration with the sales team
• Support tender and proposal submissions
• Commercial & Technical Analysis

• Assess project scope using construction knowledge and practical judgment
• Identify cost risks, gaps, and opportunities in each quote
• Apply logical sequencing and structured thinking to estimation
• Process & Performance Improvement

• Help improve estimation workflows using lean and efficient processes
• Maintain strong documentation and consistent estimation standards
• Use Excel and tools to streamline pricing accuracy and speed
• Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Design, Drafting, and Marketing teams
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as builders, councils, and installers
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment **Experience Requirement

• Experience in estimating, costing, or quantity surveying

• Background in construction, steel, manufacturing, or building projects
• Experience supporting sales or tender processes
