About the Role

• Own outbound execution across multiple client accounts

• Focus on conversations, qualification, and booked meetings

• No lead sourcing or list building required

• Manage 2 to 3 client accounts at a time

• Act as the front line of each client’s sales pipeline

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume outbound calls to B2B prospects

• Book qualified meetings and drive consistent pipeline

• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Handle calendar coordination and meeting scheduling

• Send follow ups and keep prospects engaged

• Liaise with clients to provide updates and feedback

• Track pipeline, activity, and performance metrics

• Continuously improve messaging and conversion rates

Requirements (Must Have)

• 1+ years in sales, ideally as an SDR

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales

• Strong communication skills, especially on the phone

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

• Self starter with strong ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or service based sales

• Experience in an agency or multi-client environment
