Role Description The Project Coordinator (Remote, Entry-Level) is a part-time role focused on supporting the planning, coordination, and tracking of ongoing projects. In this position, you will assist with managing project schedules, maintaining project documentation, and updating internal trackers and reports. You will coordinate meetings, prepare basic summaries or action lists, and follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time. Daily work will include communicating with internal stakeholders via email and messaging tools, organizing digital files, and helping to identify and resolve minor issues or delays. This remote role is well suited to individuals who are highly organized, proactive, and interested in developing foundational project coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms, video conferencing).
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records, documentation, and project updates.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while seeking guidance when needed.
- Interest in project coordination, recruiting, or operations; prior internship or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
- Entry-level friendly: high school diploma required; coursework or a degree in business, communications, project management, or a related field is an advantage.
