We’re looking for a seasoned technical operator who thrives in complex environments, owns their craft, and elevates the people around them. Â

What You’ll Own
- Advanced Support Delivery: Solve the tough stuff. Lead structured escalations. Keep client environments stable, secure, and humming.
- Mentorship & Technical Leadership: Guide junior engineers, reinforce standards, and help shape a high‑performance technical culture.
- Client Onboarding & Projects: Drive smooth transitions, support project execution, and ensure clients feel the impact of great engineering.
- Operational Excellence: Spot inefficiencies, refine SOPs, strengthen documentation, and push continuous improvement.
- Systems Reliability: Administer, optimise, and troubleshoot across Microsoft 365, Azure, VOIP, networking, security, and infrastructure.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Technical Engineer, Ops Manager, and wider tech team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
What You Bring
- 5+ years MSP experience supporting AU/NZ markets
- Strong mentoring background and a calm, structured escalation mindset
- Deep capability across Microsoft 365, Azure, IT Security, VOIP, networking, and cloud collaboration tools
- Proven experience in:
- Azure AD / M365 Admin
- Windows troubleshooting
- VOIP & internet diagnostics
- Firewall configuration
- Backup & restoration
- DNS & remote access
- Excellent communication, documentation discipline, and time management
- A proactive, energetic, improvement‑driven mindset
Certifications That Impress
- CompTIA
- MS‑900
- ITIL
- 3CX
- AZ‑900
- Relevant tertiary qualification
