Qualifications
- Ability to support Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives, including analyzing structures, processes, and culture.
- Skills in Succession Planning and Performance Management to help document plans, track metrics, and support talent review processes.
- Interest in Leadership Development, with the ability to assist in coordinating training, workshops, and learning programs.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including creating reports, presentations, and documentation for various audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with basic HR concepts, change management principles, and common productivity or collaboration tools is beneficial.
