Role Description This part-time, remote Organizational Development Director (Entry-Level) role at Profesional Independiente focuses on supporting organizational growth and effectiveness. The director will assist in assessing current structures, processes, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with strategic goals. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing data on workforce performance, documenting recommendations, and supporting the implementation of development initiatives and succession plans. The role also involves collaborating with leaders and teams to coordinate leadership development activities, track progress on organizational development projects, and prepare clear reports and presentations for stakeholders. The director will work closely with senior colleagues, learning best practices in organizational development while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Ability to support Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives, including analyzing structures, processes, and culture.
  • Skills in Succession Planning and Performance Management to help document plans, track metrics, and support talent review processes.
  • Interest in Leadership Development, with the ability to assist in coordinating training, workshops, and learning programs.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including creating reports, presentations, and documentation for various audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually with diverse teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Familiarity with basic HR concepts, change management principles, and common productivity or collaboration tools is beneficial.
