We are a fast-growing and professional organization focused on supporting efficient HR and workforce operations. As our team continues to expand, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team and support daily HR and administrative processes.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling and coordination
• Maintain and update employee and candidate records in HR systems
• Assist with onboarding documentation and HR record management
• Support attendance tracking and basic HR reporting
• Help ensure smooth daily HR and administrative operations

💰 Compensation:

• Part-time (Mon–Fri): USD $22.50 – $24.30/hr (2–4 hrs/day) – daily & weekly paid
• Full-time (Mon–Fri): USD $27.80 – $30.40/hr (6–8 hrs/day) – daily & weekly paid
• Saturday & Sunday: USD $37.90 – $40.85/hr – daily paid

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, email systems)
• Experience in HR or administrative support is a plus, but not required
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
