🗂 We’re Hiring: HR Support Officer – Australia Only (Entry / Junior Level)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Support Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily human resources operations, assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain employee records, and help ensure smooth HR processes across the organization. You’ll work closely with employees and management to provide administrative support while contributing to a positive and professional workplace environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.

Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general support.

Support attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll-related administration tasks.

Assist with organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives.

Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR workflows and operational efficiency.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Previous HR, administration, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
