Full.Stack Developer

Role Description This part-time remote Full Stack Developer role supports the Pós-Graduação in Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence by designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and supporting platforms used in the academic program. The developer collaborates with faculty, instructional designers, and technical staff to build and enhance features on both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring reliable and secure functionality for learners and administrators. Daily activities include implementing new modules, refactoring existing code, integrating APIs and databases, resolving bugs, and optimizing performance. The role also involves participating in code reviews, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to best practices and standards that support scalable, maintainable systems.

Qualifications

• Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Back-End Web Development experience with server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
• Proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development fundamentals, including testing and version control.
• Experience with cloud-based environments, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
• Effective communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional academic and technical teams.
• Background in computer science, software engineering, or related field; experience in educational or data/AI-related projects is a plus.
