Role Description The Integration Engineer at Jayreavya will work part-time in a remote capacity, focusing on integrating software tools and systems that support project planning, execution, and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing integration workflows between construction management platforms, internal databases, and third-party applications. The role involves analyzing system requirements, developing integration modules or scripts, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring data consistency across tools. The Integration Engineer will collaborate with project managers, site teams, and vendors to understand operational needs, propose technical solutions, and document integration processes and best practices. This position requires proactive communication, self-management, and the ability to deliver reliable integration solutions that enhance efficiency and visibility across projects.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret system requirements, assess integration options, and optimize workflows.
  • Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose integration failures, resolve technical issues, and ensure system reliability.
  • Candidates should possess Software Development skills to build integration scripts, APIs, or microservices using relevant programming languages and frameworks.
  • Candidates should possess Integration expertise to design, implement, and maintain data and system integrations across multiple platforms and tools.
  • Candidates should possess Systems Engineering skills to understand end-to-end system behavior, architecture, and performance implications of integrations.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, and data formats (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV) is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with construction or infrastructure project management tools and workflows is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage part-time schedules, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
