Role Overview

We are hiring a Quantitative Analyst to research, develop, and validate quantitative models. The role combines deep math and statistics with strong programming — turning hypotheses into models that generate measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and develop quantitative models for trading, risk, or pricing

- Build data pipelines and tooling for research workflows

- Implement models in production and monitor live performance

- Collaborate with engineering on production deployment and infrastructure

- Document methodology, assumptions, and findings rigorously

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Math, Stats, Physics, CS, or related quantitative field

- 3+ years in quant research, modeling, or related quantitative finance role

- Strong Python skills; experience with C++ or kdb+/q is a plus

- Deep understanding of statistics, time series analysis, and machine learning

- Experience with market data, backtesting frameworks, and statistical software

- Excellent written communication and methodological rigor

What You'll Bring

- Curiosity about how models behave and why they fail

- Rigor in following guidelines and flagging ambiguity early

- Strong written communication, including ability to document findings clearly

- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones

What We Offer

- Fully remote, flexible work hours

- Performance-based bonus structure

- Annual learning & development stipend

- Health and wellness benefits (varies by location)

- Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projects
