About Personify Care
Personify Care is a leading digital health SaaS company transforming how hospitals and health systems engage patients across the care journey. Our platform powers personalised patient communications, clinical workflows, and outcomes measurement for some of Australia's most prominent public and private health networks. We are on a mission to make every patient feel known, cared for, and supported - from pre-admission through to recovery.
The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities across Australia's public and private hospital sector, from initial outreach and discovery through to contract execution and handover to customer success. You will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities, navigating complex multi-stakeholder procurement processes, and closing strategic deals with hospital networks, health systems, and LHDs/LHNs.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a commercially driven individual who thrives in a consultative, solutions-led environment and is passionate about improving healthcare through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & New Business
- Identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise opportunities across public hospital networks (LHDs/LHNs) and private hospital groups across Australia.
- Build and maintain a robust, self-sourced pipeline through outbound activity, conference networking, industry events, and partner referrals.
- Execute territory planning and account mapping to prioritise high-value targets and maintain adequate pipeline coverage.
Sales Execution
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through to negotiation and close, including executive presentations, product demonstrations, business case development, and procurement navigation.
- Engage and influence multiple stakeholders including C-suite executives, CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, clinical leads, and procurement teams.
- Develop compelling value propositions and ROI models tailored to the clinical and operational challenges of each account.
- Work collaboratively with customer success and implementation team to ensure deals are structured for successful delivery.
Market & Customer Engagement
- Develop deep knowledge of the Australian hospital sector, including funding models, procurement frameworks (e.g., state government tender processes), and clinical priorities.
- Represent Personify Care at industry conferences, health sector events, and relevant associationsÂ
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, case studies, and account-based initiatives to support pipeline growth.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce, Hubspot or equivalent), including pipeline stage, deal details, and next steps.
- Provide reliable weekly and monthly revenue forecasts to sales leadership.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Demonstrated experience selling into Australian public and/or private hospitals - including navigating government procurement, tender processes, and clinical stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape, including state health department structures, LHD/LHN governance, and private hospital group dynamics.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in an enterprise sales environment.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles (typically 6 - 18 months) with multiple decision-makers and procurement layers.
Highly Regarded
- Experience selling digital health, patient engagement, clinical workflow, or health IT solutions.
- Existing relationships within Australian hospital networks, health departments, or primary health networks.
- Familiarity with HL7/FHIR integration standards and EMR/EPR environments (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Dedalus).
- Experience with value-based care models, patient reported outcomes, or hospital avoidance programs.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
- Flexible working arrangements - remote-first with periodic travel required across Australia.
- The opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and healthcare, with a product that has meaningful clinical impact.
- A collaborative, mission-driven culture with direct access to executive leadership.
- Professional development and support for industry conference attendance.
