NDIS Behaviour Support Practice | Remote | 3hrs per day | 5 days per week
Pavilion Pathways is a growing NDIS behaviour support practice committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and person-centred support to participants and their families. We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Administrative Assistant to support our clinicians and directors in a small, values-driven business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, flexible hours, and meaningful work that makes a genuine difference.
About the RoleThis is a remote, part-time position (approximately 3 hours per day, weekdays) supporting the day-to-day administration of a NDIS behaviour and therapeutic support practice. You will be the first point of contact for participants and stakeholders and play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, strong compliance, and excellent communication.
A laptop and mobile phone will be provided for business use.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for participants, families, support coordinators, and other stakeholders
- Manage participant intake, referrals, service agreements, and bookings using NDIS-specific software (Careview)
- Maintain accurate and compliant participant records in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
- Provide administrative support to behaviour support practitioners, including report formatting, proofing, and filing
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and send reminders
- Support NDIS billing processes, claims tracking, and payment follow-ups
- Assist with onboarding new clinicians and general office coordination
About You
You are organised, calm, and professional, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially. You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment and enjoy contributing to a small team where your work genuinely matters.
Essential
- Experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Desirable
- Experience in the NDIS, disability, or mental health sector
- Understanding of NDIS processes, plans, and claiming
- Familiarity with behaviour support terminology and reporting
