Private Members Education & Industry Support Lead (Contract)

Bonafide Xchange (BFX) is a premium advertising and community platform supporting private advertising members within the adult services industry.

We are seeking a highly experienced Private Members Education & Industry Support Lead to support our closed, members-only community through our closed fb/whatsapp groups. This role is centred on education, workshops, resource sharing, and industry knowledge — and is designed for someone with deep, practical experience in the adult industry.

This is not an administrative role and not entry-level. We are looking for a trusted industry professional who can bring structure, insight, and real value to our private members.

About the Role

You will work closely with the founder and admin group co-ordinator to support members through:

• Curated industry resources
• Educational content and workshops
• Professional development and wellbeing initiatives
• Thoughtful, experience-led guidance

Your focus will be on uplifting, educating, and empowering members, not policing or moderation.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and facilitate industry-relevant workshops (online)
• Share high-quality resources, tools, and educational material within our private members community
• Offer guidance based on real industry experience
• Support professional development, confidence, safety, and sustainability
• Assist with shaping ongoing education initiatives for the platformEssential Experience

• Extensive experience within the adult services industry (professional or lived)
• Proven experience delivering or contributing to workshops, education sessions, mentoring, or structured resources
• Strong understanding of industry dynamics, consent, boundaries, advertising considerations, and wellbeing
• Calm, grounded, respectful communication style
