Business Analyst

Oliveri is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the business on a 12‑month, project‑based contract, supporting the delivery of identified business improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement across commercial and operational processes.

This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, stakeholder partnering and delivering practical outcomes, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Senior Leadership Team.

_This role can be based remotely, anywhere on the east coast of Australia._About the role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key improvement initiatives already identified, while also uncovering further opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and commercial outcomes across the business.

You’ll work across processes, systems and data, supporting change management activities and ensuring improvements are embedded and adopted by the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support business improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop business cases, analysis and recommendations to support decision‑making
• Monitor, measure and report on the outcomes of implemented initiatives
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges
• Facilitate workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions
• Support process and system improvements, including SAP S/4HANA and related platforms
• Support the rollout and uplift of Power BI reporting
• Work with IT and vendors on system enhancements
• Support change management activities, including impact assessments, communication and adoption
• Develop reports and dashboards that deliver accurate, actionable insights

About you

You’re a practical, outcomes‑focused Business Analyst who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and driving change in a complex environment.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Continuous Improvement role
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capability
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
• Experience supporting change management initiatives
• A collaborative, proactive and improvement‑oriented approach
