With explosive community adoption, a powerful open-source ecosystem, and more than 130 enterprise customers globally, this team is now ready to accelerate its international brand presence, and they’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the charge.

This role is an Individual Contributor role, we aren't looking for a team lead or a person looking to manage a team, this is ideal for someone comfortable in a startup environment who is looking for the next step

The Role:Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the global expansion of the company’s brand, community, and demand engine. This is an individual contributor role, perfect for someone who loves being hands‑on and wants end‑to‑end ownership across content, events, digital, and community.
You’ll be responsible for driving developer engagement, elevating the brand internationally, and building marketing motions that deliver awareness, adoption, and pipeline across key global markets.
What You’ll OwnInternational Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute a global brand strategy positioning the company as a leader in AI infrastructure.
- Craft messaging and narrative that resonates with developers and enterprise buyers while staying true to the open‑source roots.
- Manage brand presence across website, social, press, analyst relations, and thought leadership.
- Localise and adapt content for international markets.
Events & Community Marketing
- Build and execute a global calendar of developer meetups, workshops, hackathons, and conference activations.
- Stand up and scale the company’s international community programs across channels like Discord, WeChat, and other developer‑focused platforms.
- Own logistics, partnerships, speaker coordination, and engagement metrics.
- Track event ROI through community growth, developer activation, and brand KPIs.
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Run global digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, paid social, email nurture, and content syndication.
- Build a scalable content engine: blogs, tutorials, case studies, videos, and demos.
- Manage social presence across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and developer communities.
- Optimise the full funnel, from awareness to developer activation to enterprise lead generation, using modern analytics and attribution tools.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product on feature launches and technical announcements.
- Work with Sales/BD on enterprise collateral, ABM programs, and enablement materials.
- Collaborate with the open‑source community team to amplify developer‑driven content and evangelism.
About You:
You’re a hands‑on marketer who thrives in technical software environments and loves the energy of fast-moving startups. You don’t need to be an AI expert, just someone who’s passionate about the space and comfortable experimenting with the latest tools.
You’ll bring:
- 4–8 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B software/SaaS.
- 3+ years running global or multi‑region marketing initiatives.
- Experience marketing to developers, open‑source users, or technical buyers.
- A track record of executing global events, from small meetups to major conferences.
- Hands‑on skills across SEO/SEM, paid social, CRM/MAP tools.
- A self‑starter mindset and the ability to own projects end-to-end without heavy direction.
