Client Account Manager (Remote | Based in Australia)
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager to support and manage Australian-based clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of client relationships, and ensures consistent delivery aligned with expectations. You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong communication, managing priorities, and driving overall client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Australian client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication
- Understand client goals, needs, and expectations, and translate these into actionable plans
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Track account progress, monitor performance, and provide regular updates to clients
- Identify risks, issues, or gaps early and implement solutions efficiently
- Manage client feedback, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Support account growth by identifying upsell or expansion opportunities where appropriate
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience supporting Australian clients or working within an outsourcing/offshore setup is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with international clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and ownership
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot & Google Suite)
- Experience in reporting, data tracking, and performance analysis
Work Setup & Requirements
- Remote / Work-from-home setup
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Must be willing to work Australian business hours (AEST)
- Reliable internet connection with a dedicated workspace
