Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lending Specialist. The Lending Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers through the loan process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating loan applications, conducting underwriting assessments, and maintaining communication with clients to address inquiries and provide updates. This role may also involve collaborating with internal teams to streamline loan processing and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide a positive customer experience
• Underwriting and Loan-related expertise to assess loan applications and ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards
• Knowledge of Finance principles to understand and analyze financial data relevant to lending decisions
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
• Previous experience in lending, banking, or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
