We are hiring an HR Support Officer – Australia Only (Entry / Junior Level) for a full-time position.
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting people, coordinating HR activities, and building a successful career in human resources. You will assist with a wide range of HR functions while working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting recruitment activities by posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process. You will assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, prepare employment documents, maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and ensure all documentation is organized and compliant. You will also respond to employee inquiries, assist with payroll and leave administration, coordinate training programs, prepare HR reports, and support compliance with company policies and Australian employment regulations.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required. Familiarity with HR administration, recruitment coordination, HR information systems (HRIS), employee records management, or payroll processes is advantageous but not essential. The ability to handle confidential information professionally, prioritize multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.
