We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Customer Success Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will support customers throughout their journey, ensuring they receive excellent service, smooth onboarding, and ongoing value from our products and services.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and help them achieve success using our platform. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in customer success, account management, or client services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, product setup, and ongoing support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
  • Support customer success initiatives and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus.
  • Interest in SaaS, digital products, or online services is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred but not required.
