We’re looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist to join our remote team and be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our growing community of users. 🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer support via email, live chat, and phone, offering quick, clear, and empathetic responses.
- Guide new users through account setup, onboarding steps, and navigation of platform features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to resolve customer issues.
- Provide accurate details about our products, pricing, and the upcoming MAPU Token launch.
- Spot recurring user questions and help update our support documentation and FAQs.
✅ What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or technical support, ideally for a SaaS or fintech company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, confident tone.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple support channels in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 platforms is a plus (training provided!).
💡 Bonus Experience:
- Participated in customer support for a crypto or token launch project.
- Familiar with CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Discord, or Telegram.
- Experience using tools like Canva, Zendesk, Intercom, or Notion.
