We’re looking for a customer-centric Customer Experience Specialist to enhance and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer satisfaction, process improvement, and collaboration across teams in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
- Analyze customer feedback, surveys, and support data to identify experience gaps.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to improve customer journeys.
- Identify recurring customer issues and propose experience-driven solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and insights in CRM systems.
- Contribute to knowledge bases, FAQs, and customer-facing resources.
- Support customer experience initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or customer experience roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Empathetic, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CX or support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
