🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making
• Assist with project planning, scoping, and solution evaluation
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for product, data, and engineering teams
• Conduct market, product, or operational research as needed
• Support testing activities, including UAT coordination and documentation
• Maintain process maps, documentation, and knowledge repositories

✅ RequirementsJunior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years)

• Experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, or related roles (internships included)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
• Understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of project management or Agile methodologies is helpful
• Clear communication and documentation skills
