The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our Customer Operations team. This is an opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning new systems and being part of a purpose-driven AgTech business.
In this role, you will support customers using our Grazing platform and Atlas Ag services. You will assist with onboarding, respond to customer enquiries and help ensure our customers feel confident and supported in using our tools.
You will work closely with experienced Customer Success and Operations team members and receive structured training and ongoing support as you grow into the role.
Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Supporting customer onboarding and basic implementation tasks
- Accurately logging customer interactions in our CRM system
- Providing clear, friendly and professional support, escalating complex issues when required
- Assisting with the maintenance of customer support resources and knowledge articles
- Supporting the broader Customer Operations team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Building product, system knowledge with guidance from the team
About You
You are organised, approachable and enjoy helping others. You will be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and motivated to learn new systems and processes.
You will also bring:
- Basic computer literacy (email, CRM or similar systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence using digital tools and software
- Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
- The discipline to work productively in a fully remote role
Desirable:
- Experience in customer service, administration or support
- Exposure to agriculture, farming or regional industries
- Interest in sustainability, carbon or AgTech
