Job Title: Part‑Time Business Development Representative (High‑Commission | Remote)

Hours: 15 hrs/week (Flexible — 3 hrs/day)

Location: Remote (work from home)

The Role:

We’re hiring a driven, performance‑focused “hunter” to build pipeline and engage with decision‑makers in motor, mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, and painting sectors. This is a high‑reward role for someone who thrives on cold calling, thrives under commission incentives, and wants to grow with a lean team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to target prospects.
  • Pitch Liquim’s safety + sustainability value to tradespeople, safety managers, procurement, and executives.
  • Qualify leads, book meetings, and hand off warm opportunities to the executive team.
  • Log activity, deliver weekly progress updates, and share market feedback to refine strategy.

Who You Are

  • A true hunter: resilient, competitive, and comfortable with rejection.
  • Proven in outbound B2B sales or high‑volume cold calling (preferred).
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Persuasive communicator who can get past gatekeepers and reach decision‑makers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or safety‑critical sectors.
  • Interest in CleanTech, sustainability, or ESG compliance.
