The Role:
The Revenue Operations Analyst is a critical role within the Revenue Operations function, responsible for supporting operational excellence and efficiency across all Go To Market Teams. You will assist with streamlining revenue processes, improving data capture & quality and enable overall sales performance.
The Responsibilities;
- Analyse revenue data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer operations leaders.
- Support forecasting and pipeline management processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Assist in evaluating and implement revenue operations tools and technologies.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in strategic planning and revenue modeling.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue growth.
You:
- Sales/Revenue or Marketing Operations Analyst experience in a SaaS organisation.
- Start-up company experience would be ideal with SMB market exposure.
- A love of technology but truly understands sales or marketing operations and is looking to move into more of a generalist RevOps role.
- Proactive nature and coachable.
- Exceptional communication skills.
