Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Associate. The primary responsibilities include assisting with recruitment efforts, posting job vacancies, creating and managing candidate databases, and communicating with applicants. Additionally, the role involves conducting research, compiling HR-related resources, and providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recruitment Support, Candidate Screening, and Job Posting Management
• Proficiency in Research, Information Compilation, and Data Management
• Excellent Communication, Writing, and Organizational skills
• Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or Digital Engagement is a plus
• Knowledge of HR practices and processes, with a keen interest in the field
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
