The Organizational Development Director will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of organizational development initiatives designed to strengthen workplace effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership capabilities, and organizational performance. This role focuses on developing structured programs, improving internal processes, and supporting initiatives that align people, teams, and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include assisting with organizational development strategies, employee engagement initiatives, leadership development programs, organizational assessments, and workforce improvement projects. The role will contribute to identifying opportunities for organizational improvement and helping develop practical solutions that enhance collaboration, communication, productivity, and employee experience.
The position will also support the design and coordination of training and development initiatives, including leadership programs, professional development activities, onboarding improvements, performance development frameworks, and internal learning programs. Responsibilities may include preparing program materials, coordinating schedules, tracking participation, gathering feedback, and evaluating program outcomes.
The Organizational Development Director will work with internal stakeholders to understand organizational needs, support change initiatives, and promote effective communication throughout development programs. The role may also assist with organizational structure reviews, competency frameworks, employee development plans, succession planning initiatives, and talent development strategies.
Additional responsibilities include analyzing employee feedback and organizational data, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining development documentation, monitoring program progress, and recommending improvements based on available information. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- Familiarity with leadership development, learning and development, performance management, and employee development concepts.
- Ability to support the design and coordination of organizational development programs and internal initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze information, identify organizational challenges, and contribute practical improvement recommendations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HR platforms, collaboration tools, and presentation software.
