Coast Wide Training Solutions supports Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) across Australia with regulatory compliance, RTO administration and quality systems. We're looking for a motivated, self-directed RTO and aXcelerate admin professional to support our VET Administration and Compliance Consultants who work directly with clients to provide our specialised support services.
What you'll be doing:
RTO Administration Support
- Supporting our VET Administration Consultant and client representatives to implement RTO administrative, student and course management solutions that improve efficiency
- Assisting with external student enrolment and registration, including eligibility checks, processing applications, and managing enrolment records
- Analysing external Student Management Systems and associated data related to student outcomes, compliance records and regulatory reporting
RTO Compliance Support
- Supporting our VET Compliance Consultant with Training and Assessment Strategy development, assessment validation, and trainer/assessor competency mapping
- Assisting with internal audits to assess the quality and effectiveness of training programs and administrative processes
- Researching VET regulatory and state-based compliance requirements and RTO obligations
Internal Systems Administration
- Managing internal systems including the admin email inbox and overseeing our own online course enrolments in aXcelerate - tracking student progress, and managing student queries and completions
Internal Support
- Providing professional administrative assistance to our consultants
- Reviewing and updating our Quality Management System and associated documents, including policies, procedures, forms, tools and templates
- Assisting with the development of our non-accredited professional development programs
What you'll bring:
- At least 1 year of RTO administration and student management experience
- Proficiency in aXcelerate is a must. eSkilled, VETtrak, or similar SMS/LMS platforms will be highly regarded
- Understanding of state-based funding and reporting requirements (NSW and QLD as a minimum)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong document control and proofreading skills
- A genuine home office setup and the discipline to work autonomously
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be highly regarded
The details:
- Casual position, 15-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday during business hours
- Fully remote, work the hours that suit you within that window
- Paid under the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award (MA000075), Level 3.2, $43.00 per hour plus 12% superannuation
- 3-month probation period
