We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused HR Support Officer to join our remote HR team, supporting operations for our Australia-based workforce. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who are interested in starting a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in HR administration and employee support.

You will assist in daily HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle management while working closely with the broader HR team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in Australia.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR reporting.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide general HR administrative support.
  • Assist with internal communications related to HR policies and updates.
  • Coordinate with HR team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all employee data.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Must be based in Australia (required).
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and administrative processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Internship or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
