About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / SAP BIB Consultant to support global HR and payroll transformation initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP BIB integrations, and complex employee data replication scenarios within enterprise environments.
Locations: Perth preferred or anywhere in Australia

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB).
Manage employee and organizational data replication between SuccessFactors and SAP systems.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve replication failures and data synchronization issues.
Perform integration monitoring and support for HR systems.
Define and implement data mapping and transformation requirements.
Support foundation object configuration and HR master data structures.
Collaborate with global HR, Payroll, and IT teams on transformation initiatives.
- Ensure seamless integration across SAP HCM, EC Payroll, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Required Skills
- Experience working with:
- EC Payroll.
- SAP HCM.
- SAP S/4HANA.
- CPI integrations preferable
- Ability to analyze replication failures and resolve data synchronization issues.
- Experience supporting global payroll and HR transformation initiatives
