We are seeking a Social Media Assistant to support our social media presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about social media, trends, and audience engagement, who enjoys working in a creative and collaborative environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages and respond as needed
• Support the development of social media campaigns and content calendars
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Track and report on social media performance metrics
• Research trends, hashtags, and audience insights to optimize content
• Assist with basic graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and analytics
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn
• Based in Australia with full working rights

• Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and engagement optimization
• Previous experience in content creation for brands or campaigns
