🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling or cross-selling.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or solutions.
• Track account performance and maintain records in CRM systems.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or related internships/projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
