💰 Up to 70% Commission Split (OTE $300K-$400k+ per annum)

🔥 Hot Brisbane Real Estate recruitment desk currently billing approximately $50,000 per month

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage recruitment from candidate qualification through to successful placement, including:

• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Managing candidate relationships
• Presenting suitable candidates
• Coordinating interviews
• Negotiating offers
• Managing placements
• Building long-term candidate networks
• Delivering exceptional service throughout the recruitment process

You'll be working within one of Australia's most active Real Estate recruitment markets with consistent live vacancies and repeat clients.

All you need is:

About You:

We're looking for recruiters who have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience
• A proven history of billing and making placements
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Self-motivation and accountability
• A genuine desire to maximise their income

Real Estate recruitment experience is highly advantageous, but not essential for the right person. We can teach you the market as long as you understand recruitment!
