What’s the role?

As Delivery Manager, you’ll own the planning, coordination, and communication of product releases across the business.

This is a brand new function - so you’ll have the opportunity (and the trust) to define how release management operates at Biza. You'll be the operational heartbeat across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Success - keeping teams in sync, releases predictable, and surprises to a minimum.

Your mission:

• Build and maintain a reliable release calendar and workflow
• Drive cross-team alignment on scope, dependencies, and timelines
• Embed compliance + regulatory milestones into release planning
• Uplift the quality and consistency of release documentation
• Become the go-to person for all things “what’s shipping when?”

Who’s this for?

You’re probably a PM or delivery-focused engineer who’s got a knack for process and a sixth sense for spotting risk before it snowballs.

You’ve worked in regulated or high-trust environments before, and you know how to build alignment without bureaucracy. People trust you to keep things moving.

Must-haves:

• 3–5+ years in release management, project delivery, or dev team ops
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS delivery (APIs, CI/CD, cloud, etc.)
• Skilled in Jira, Confluence, GitLab or similar
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and CS
• Excellent communicator who can translate complexity into clarity
• Process builder who’s comfortable starting from scratch

Bonus points if you’ve worked in fintech, energy, medtech, or anywhere compliance is king 👑
