Expert Opportunity - Program Manager ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About This Opportunity We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced program managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for program managers with 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: program charter and scope documents, raid logs, resource capacity planning spreadsheets, steering committee status decks, milestone and dependency tracking spreadsheets, and stage-gate review packets. Compensation: $70/hour Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule Start date: ASAP Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
