Role Description

This is a contract, remote opportunity to join our growing trainer network across Australia and New Zealand. We are inviting those who are passionate about project management, education, and empowering others to express interest in co‑delivering our high‑impact training programs. In this role, you will design and facilitate engaging learning experiences, support the delivery of accredited and experiential training, and contribute to workshops focused on sustainable and purpose‑driven project management. You will collaborate closely with our team, participate in mentorship and capability‑building activities, and support initiatives that advance professional growth and social impact. Regular communication with clients and alignment with Empowerment PM Solutions’ mission and values are essential. We offer structured support, flexible delivery options, and a clear pathway to grow your skills, confidence, and impact as a trainer. Trainers are compensated for delivery, with flexible models based on session type and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in training, facilitation, or workshop delivery
• Ability to design or adapt learning content, including e‑learning materials and instructional resources
• Knowledge of project management principles; understanding of sustainable or purpose‑driven project delivery is an advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse learners
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with virtual training tools and online delivery platforms
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP®, GPM-b™) or active progress toward certification
• Eligibility to work as an independent contractor in Australia and New Zealand.
