We’re looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects stay on track in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Organize meetings, agendas, and follow-up action items.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist in resource coordination and workload tracking.
• Maintain project tools, documentation, and best practices.

✅ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related roles (internships or project experience accepted).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Experience with project tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
