This role
We’re looking for a sharp, business-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our APAC Talent Team. This role will focus on hiring for our Customer Experience (CX), Product & Technology functions.
You’ll partner closely with leaders across these teams to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent who will enable Employment Hero’s continued global growth. You’ll need a strong understanding of both technical and non-technical roles, and the ability to switch gears quickly.
Your mission
To build high-performing, scalable business functions by delivering outstanding hiring experiences — for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders alike.
You’ll act as a strategic recruitment partner: diagnosing hiring needs, advising on role design and structure, and executing hiring processes that are fast, data-driven, and aligned to our “AI-First” and “Remote-First” ways of working.
This will include
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions in the APAC region.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business priorities, team structures, and success profiles.
- Finding and engaging high-calibre active and passive talent using creative sourcing techniques.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, balancing technical capability with cultural alignment.
- Drive strong data discipline across ATS and dashboards, ensuring pipeline visibility and hiring velocity.
- Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure hiring plans align with OKRs and capacity forecasts.
- Lead with data: measure Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, and Candidate Experience, continuously identifying process improvements.
- Champion the EH employer brand — acting as a storyteller for our mission and values across every candidate interaction.
Who you are

- 4+ years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in SaaS, technology scale-ups or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to recruit across both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong commercial acumen — you understand how different functions drive business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management – strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Data-driven mindset – you love using insights to drive better hiring decisions.
- Curiosity and adaptability — you're able to learn complex business areas quickly and spot great talent even in unfamiliar domains.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset — with the humility and humour to thrive in a global, remote-first team.
