Mercier Consultancy MD is searching for an Experienced Freelance Recruiter based in Melbourne to join our innovative team! In this role, your expertise will play a vital part in enhancing our recruitment strategies and delivering exceptional candidates to our clients. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your extensive experience to identify, source, and engage high-quality candidates for a variety of roles
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within client organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers and closing candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver customized solutions
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends to continuously refine our recruitment practices
- Provide regular insights and updates to the management team on recruitment activities and progress
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a successful track record in identifying and placing candidates across multiple industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, adaptable to different hiring scenarios
- Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving recruitment goals
- Willingness to work remotely while collaborating with our global team
