Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position as a Global Programs Consultant in Personal Development. In this role, you will work with a globally recognised organisation to promote, market, and facilitate personal development programs. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating global workshops and live events, and providing mentorship and support to participants. You will also engage in self-learning opportunities and motivate individuals to achieve their personal and financial goals, empowering them to transform their lives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in corporate leadership roles
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable within a remote work setting
• Prior experience in business or personal development is advantageous but not required
